Default A9s defence flops fd

Dude was 27/11/0.8. Stealing blinds, like mid 20's.

He had raised my blind the last 3 orbits, so obv had to make a stand.

What do i do on the turn?

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $32.50
Hero (BB): $80.00
UTG: $25.60
MP: $50.00
CO: $49.25
BTN: $49.25

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (6 Players)
3 folds, <font color="red">BTN raises to $1.75</font>, SB folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $6.75</font>, BTN calls $5.00

Flop: ($13.75) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $8.00</font>, BTN calls $8.00

Turn: ($29.75) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)

I can't answer your question because I suck (also I have a feeling turn is marginal either way). But this struck me:

Does everyone agree with this? I would want to have a hand better than A9s to 3-bet.

A9s is alright IMO. I'd rather have a bigger ace, a suited connector or a pair though.

Turn seems marginal to me. I'm not sure. Whether or not he fold 99-JJ here is pretty important IMO.

If he is a thinking player and knows he has raised your blind last 3 orbits, no way he is folding JJ here.

It all seems kind of marginal, I am not sure I would have raised A9s just yet, but I would mix it in there. You guys dont see 99+ raising this flop?

He is certainly not a good player, but not a total donk either. I had 300 hands on him, but not any major pots.

Saw him play this hand earlier:

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $57.95
BB: $15.70
UTG: $49.25
CO: $50.00
BTN: $35.30

Preflop: is dealt (5 Players)
2 folds, <font color="red">BTN raises to $1.75</font>, SB folds, BB calls $1.25

Flop: ($3.75) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">BB bets $1.50</font>, <font color="red">BTN raises to $4.00</font>, BB calls $2.50

Turn: ($11.75) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">BB bets all-in for $9.95</font>, BTN calls $9.95

River: ($31.65) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In)

Pot Size: $31.65 ($1.55 Rake)

BB had K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (a pair of Kings) and WON (+$14.40)
BTN had 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (a pair of Nines) and LOST (-$15.70)

Edit: he is button

So do you bet 15-20 on the turn, and push any J+, spade, gutshot river?

More on flop so you can push the turn.

Also, I bet more on flop so that I can push the turn. If you got a read that he is donk, though, I check and call if he gives you odds.
