So, in order for him to be bluffing this river, he needs to:

1) Call with a suited gapper/connector preflop
2) Call the flop with middle pair with someone behind
3) Peel the turn with his MP + some draw
4) Bluff when a scare card hits

All while being a passive player. I think that's quite unlikely, and certainly not an assumption we can make that justifies swinging this to a c/c.

I would just check/fold if he's any good. This is a really gross board for him to call down 3 shots with Tx, I doubt he's gonna turn Tx into a bluff on the river, and even he turns some pair worse than Tens into a bluff, how does he get to the river with a pair like that?
