Debit Card/Bank/Credit card

Hope this is the right fourm for this...

Im looking for a new bank as I have been traveling a lot more recently. I am also looking for a new credit card which offers some sort of cash back / other incentives. Maybe you could reccomend some for me. There are also a few questions I had..

I would like a debit card that I can use at a LOT of different places without being charged an arm and a leg every time I go out of state. Maybe a bank that has a lot of locations within the US?

A checking account that dosen't require me to always have a high balance in it

Free checks?

Intrest earned on my checking account?

Any reccomendations?
