Default defending your blind - which range of hand to 3bet?

Hi!
Assuming you are in the BB and the Button is around 35 - 40% attempt to steal Big Blind.
Which range of hands are you 3betting-light to defend you blinds?

Im lost in this point beside the obvious 3betting hands like AQs - AA
I dont like to use something like AT or AJ because of the danger to be dominated.
SSC like 67s and push if we connect with the flop?
PP like 55 - TT and bet whatever flops?
How do you handle such an aggressive Blind stealer?

Or should I not make a big deal out if it and let him steal my blinds? (NL100 and NL200)

Thx a lot!

depends on how often he calls 3 bet, but usually 3 bet with a lot more than AQs-AA
