Default Can I have some 2/4 Advice?

My impression has always been that once you cross the line from 1/2 to 2/4 you're now playing poker. Seems to me that your average player is competent, etc., but I don't really know anything specific, or even if my very general impressino is right.

I'm a pretty successful 1/2NL player on full tilt and my goal is, obviously, to move up. Is there anything i should be thinking about while I'm playing 1/2 to get myself ready for the transtion? If i'm playing 33/24 right now in six-max, am I going to be able to get away with anything like that at 2/4? How are the games different/more challenging and is there a strategy I can use to minimize "growing pains" when I start feeling ready to take a shot at 400NL?
