NL25 call river overbet with TPTK on paired board?

Villain just sat down 2 orbits ago. Looked a bit fishy so far. Played a lot of hands. But this line looks really like he has trips, wanted to check-raise the turn and then overbet river to make up for the missed check-raise.

I don't know if you are saying this because villain had trips this particular time but I agree with it nevertheless.

I lay it down easily without knowing much about villain.
