What is the best way to minimize the deposit fees Full Tilt charge to minimize the effect on my MGR and thus my rakeback? Would money gram be cheaper than epassporte after taking into account the fee to send it? What would they charge my MGR on an epassporte deposit? 3-5% of the deposit?

best way is to talk to your affiliate and see if they have money there and will do an inter account transfer. that doesn't cost you anything if you can transfer at another site, or at epassporte which only charges a quarter...literally 25 cents for interaccount player transfers.
