Default Dual monitor question..

Im going to be purchasing a home PC with a 24" DELL flatscreen monitor and was wondering until i can get another ( it may be a few months.... can i link my home PC and my laptop 17" screen together to multitable?

Wrong forum, answer is yes. Your laptop most likely has DVI out or DE15 (VGA).

it really sucks using two dissimilar monitors. i tried a 22 normal and a 20 wide and ended up pitching the 20 wide for another identical to my 22. laptop monitor will surely drive u nuts.

CTH would be the correct forum. Under Other Topics.

If you mean can you hook up your laptop to your desktop and use the screen on the laptop as a second monitor for your desktop, then no you can't. You may be able to get a software solution that can do this over a network, but I don't know if it would be a workable solution for you.

Ya that is what i was going to do for the shortterm.. but i guess if that is going to be a huge problem ill just 6 table with my overlap like i do on my laptop until i get the second 24" ..
