300NL: Full ring nit doesn\'t know how to play 6max.
300NL 6 max table.
Effective stack size is $300. Just joined the table so no information at present. Hero is in the SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3 limpers, hero raises to $6 (software bug, I would've raised to at least $9), BB raises to $10, hero calls plus 2 others. pot is $55 flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Hero bets $30, BB calls, Guy in LP calls pot is $145 Turn: Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Hero? Would you usually be phased by that flush card in 6max? How would you proceed? Say hero checks, BB checks, guy in LP raises to $75, what would you do and why? |

Re: 300NL: Full ring nit doesn\'t know how to play 6max.
Whey we get to tear up a FR nit (just joking ) !!
Preflop Raise more and fold to the reraise (dominated blah blah). Also what are the blinds at? Flop I'd lead for about 35$ but 30$ is fine as well. Turn Check is fine, I call the raise in LP if he does have a flush you still have a ton of outs and a K will hand you his stack. Its also possible he has a worse Q. A good idea might be to lead/fold the turn, you get value from worse Q's and you are 100% sure your beat if he raises. River If I don't fill up I probably c/f to any reasonable bet. Note however that I'm extraordinary scared of flushes and probably fold to much in these type of spots. |
