FT 18k fold QQ preflop?
No real reads. SB has been kinda active. I start the hand w/ 3100 chips.
Blinds 40/80 I'm UTG+3 w/ Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. UTG+1 limps, I raise to 355, folds to the SB who makes it 1200 leaving 1400 behind. UTG+3 (limper) immediately pushes for like 2800. I was ready to play with the SB... what now? |

Re: FT 18k fold QQ preflop?
I can find a fold here in the analysis - i'm not sure if I can lay this down sitting at the table.
I think an important question here is the buy-in. At the typical SSMTT I think you should never lay down QQ preflop. |

$75 buy in. Weeds out some of the retards but certainly not all of them.

[/ QUOTE ] ahh - ok so if we think it through there is a very high probability that you are dominated by one of the two, as both bettings look very strong. Specially from UTG AK is somehow unlikely so I would set him on a high PP, something like JJ+ and SB not pushing over your raise maybe the same range. As another QQ is very unlikely I think you will face AA or KK often. So against thinking players as said I can find a fold. |

I folded. Very weird when they both showed up w/ AKo.
