I can't address issues at other sites, but I once reported some suspicious play at a .5/.10 limit table on Stars.
Never thought I'd hear from them again (other than the standard "we're looking into it" email.) But, about a week later, I received an email informing me the two players had not been able to explain their odd play and both accounts had been banned. Stars even added something like 27-cents to my account to make up for my loss. I have to say, I feel pretty comfortable playing there.
