Default NL100 Nutflush against a loose tricky player, more value on the River?

No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

BB ($118.70)
UTG ($39)
MP ($30)
Hero ($101.50)
Button ($59.91)
SB ($133)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. MP posts a blind of $1.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP (poster) checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $5</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, BB calls $4, MP folds.

Flop: ($12) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $4</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $13</font>, BB calls $9.

Turn: ($38) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, Hero checks.

River: ($38) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $19</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $45</font>, BB calls $26.

Final Pot: $128

This guy was playing a lot of hands, especially suited connectors or suited Kings/Aces.
He leads out weak, so I put him on a fdraw and reraised him(I should´ve reraise more, I think about 18-22), I c/b turn to avoid a possible c/r. I hit the nuts on the River, so i decided to minraise him,i was not sure if he would call a shove.

nh.

It's very hard to judge how big of a raise he'll call. Probably depends on the size of his spade.
