MMA training is umpteen times better than just working out. trust me on this, at least give it a try. So much better and more fun.

BBV, here's whats up. My membership with Gold's is about to expire, and I wasn't very pleased with the service I got there. However, these two choices exist.

A 24 Hour Fitness, which I had a membership to before, no frills, cheap. However, we've also just gotten a Knuckle Up Fitness. For those of you unaware, KUF is a Martial Arts based training program. More here.

So BBV. Think Knuckle Up is worth the monies, or should I just stick to the 24 Hour Fitness down the street?

You decide.

It may be huge, but could they win a fight against Knuckle Up?

Cages are crucial.

24 hour fitness.

I would go there before they ban you. They can't ban what they can't see!
