MMA training is umpteen times better than just working out. trust me on this, at least give it a try. So much better and more fun.

A 24 Hour Fitness, which I had a membership to before, no frills, cheap. However, we've also just gotten a Knuckle Up Fitness. For those of you unaware, KUF is a Martial Arts based training program.
