I think given that you really dont want to see a turn card that isn't A/9/club you need to take the line that has the best chance of winning the pot now, or getting all the money in when our equity is still good.
Leading seems the most likely to accomplish this: 1) Your lead wins the pot. 2) He raises, you can 3-bet. Folds or Pushes and you either win now or get the money with what is most likely good equity. (I doubt he ever just calls a 3-bet... if he does you can play the hand relatively easily. 3). vs: 1) Check/Raise. He is most likely to call a check raise than a 3-bet imo. You might very well see a turn with lots of chips left (basically the worst thing that can happen in this hand?) 2) You win with the check/raise. Dunno. This spot sucks considering how good your hand is. |
