You are also a Mod, so I better make this as simple and clear as possible so that you can understand it:

Lee is essentially saying that if Noah is taking over for his friend that he doesn't care. This means simply, that Zee Justin can have six of his friends come to his apartment. They all start the tournament, and after the first hand, ZJ takes over for them.

Do you see why people object to this? Do you see why there should only be one player allowed per tournament entry?

Do you understand that Noah is a known cheater, and is still playing on Stars with the accounts he used to cheat?

But just incase, let me ask you this question:

What if those two accounts (the ones who have cheated previously) actually ended up on the same table together? What would you have done?

The buttom line is that different people in the same apartment should not be allowed to enter the same tournaments, the sameway people with the same IP addy are not allowed to sit at the same table.

This is common sense.

I believe you were addressing me though (since you mentioned 'mod')
Microbob is a lousy player and a mod and lives in Memphis
Pokerbob is a much better player and not a mod and lives in Minnesota.


2. I don't believe Lee was 'essentially' saying that. Regarding the player's background and history of cheating I admit to knowing very little about that.
I was just addressing those who imply they will be leaving Stars because of the 'one player per hand' rule which they admit they cannot enforce.
There is lots of anti-Stars sentiment these days and I haven't looked into it fully enough to know whether it is justified or not. I will say that a couple of posters who I really respect are on that anti-Stars bandwagon and that does lend some credibility to the cause.
I've always liked Stars though and I believe Lee is doing a reasonable job of explaining their position on various rules.
I should really look into the various thoughts on this more though.

exclusive is the matador, lee jones is lowball, lee nickel (cop) is the players that are outraged.

Nickel knows that the matador is cheating and he confronts lowball, lowball says he isn't cheating even though he knows he is and that there is nothing they can do.

I think team poker sucks, but on-line there is virtualy nothing you can do about it. I could have 10 guys in a living room with cellular modems or 10 seperate DSL/broad band lines, a whiteboard putting "Books" on guys we're playing against and getting scouting reports on the whole field. As long as the MAC Addresses, CPU ID's and IP Addresses are different there isnt a damn thing ANY of the online casinos can do. because there is no way to prove that the laptops are in the same room, short of knocking on the door, and saying Hellooo........ No ISP is going to turn over their customer addresses to a 3rd party that isnt a government entity. So while it isnt right, Multi-accountig is real, so Caveat Emptor. If you think its unfair, here's a suggestion, DONT PLAY....

With regard to US Citizens being treated differntly than Europeans, I'm no lawyer (But I do watch "The Peoples Court" Judge Milian is a real MILF) I suspect internet gambilng is legal in those countries, therefore the citizen has redress in the european courts if they beleive they are improperly banned and had cash siezed. In the US, internet gambling is illegeal therefore you have no standing to sue short of filing the suit in the country where PS or Party is incorporated, asuming that court would recognize your standing. So if our Dumb @$$ congress would legalize Online gambling and provide guidelines for operation, we'd all benifit. Thats my 2 cents

Knee Co is also suspended, as he's been warned about trolling as well.

I don't know about the Exclusive thing, but I think using Lee's appearence in this thread to beat him up about that in the fashion is was done was pretty weak sauce.
