Can someone explain why I did not receive 25% of MGR when I have over over 10k in MGR? Thank you.

I think that what someone is saying is that you receive 20% of your first $10k, and 25% of everything over 10k. So if your MGR is $11000, you would only get $2250 (10000*.2+1000*.25), not $2750 (11000*.25).
If your MGR is just barely above 10k, perhaps this is why the final amount isn't making sense to you. |
