Default FT 32k GTD, pf spot with 77

I'm mainly a cash game player, so sometimes when i get deep in tourneys situations come up, especially preflop, where i dont know what to do:
The table has been playing tight. Ive been playing pretty aggressive nothing crazy. I made a couple of 3bets but didnt have to show a hand down.
MIG_com is a very good player, and he was stealing a lot of blinds and the table allowed him.

So he is shortstacked, and makes it 11k. what would you do here? If you decide to 3bet, how much and why? I made a pretty small 3bet (maybe 23k wouldve been even better) because If someone behind me wakes up with a big hand i dont lose too many chips, and MIG is committed anyway. Or is t better to shove to get everyone behind me to fold anything but QQ-AA AK?

Another question: do we whant to overrepresent our hand here to fold out hands like QJ, AT or underrepresent to get him to shove smaller paris?

I like this play vs an aggressive player with knowledge of position. Picking up the blinds right here increases his resteal FE by quite a considerable margin, in my opinion. I also like the smallish reraise size to possibly fold out some hands we are flipping with, if he is in fact raising light here there are for more of those hands in his range than smaller pairs.

Is this the final table or a 6max tournament?
