Re: Football strategy, rule loop-hole
[ QUOTE ]
You're inside your own one. Hard count and take delay of game penalties forever until someone on the defense jumps offsides. 1st and 5. [/ QUOTE ] Many years ago my dad thought of this exact same thing. His theory was that eventually the defensive line would get tired of getting smashed and would eventually jump (either intentionally or not). I kinda laughed him off. It is a very interesting idea, although I'm very confident no NFL coach would actually do it. Also, if somebody could link to the other thread, it would be appreciated. I couldn't fine it after a quick search. |

Re: Football strategy, rule loop-hole
[?] so in madden if you get ball after half and are leading in the first half and have the ball you already have won

Re: Football strategy, rule loop-hole
semi OT: What if you have a lead and you do a running play then just keep false starting when the play clock is almost at zero, I mean, you could at least do it a couple times before anyone notices?

Re: Football strategy, rule loop-hole
i think this is what is being discussed and people have said it works in madden, and no one tries it in NFL, but it is not against the rules, but they can eject players etc. and fine them
