Pokertracker sux! how does it work?

Ok, maybe its just me, but I purchased Pokertracker with all the updates around 3 months ago and I haven't been able to use it for anything. I play on empire and cake (I know they dont offer cake for pokertracker for some reason). I haven't been able to get any HH into Pokertracker from empire. I've email both Pokertracker and Empire to see how it works but neither have any answers that work for me. Is there any easier to use software like Pokertracker? Pokertracker has agreed to refund me the money but I thought i'd take one last shot to see if it works...thanks all.

Simply because you don't know how to use it, does not mean it sucks.

I'm guessing pokertracker does not support those sites... so join one that does! It's well worth it!

sounds as if you already have your mind made up. i had no problems with emire when they allowed me to play there. don't know anything about cake poker though.

i'm assuming you've tried the support forums? this post on how to import empire hh's should help.

PokerTracker works fine for Empire.

i'm looking at my pt now and there are more sites which i'll call major ones, than i can profitably play at. 'stars, party, empire, ub, ftp, ap, b2b, betfair, bodog, crypto, everest, ipoker, pacific, pokerroom, prima network/ladbrokes, tain network, tribeca and world poker exchange.... whoooooo... i'm tired.

you can't find nothing to play in that??? give pat a break and maybe a thank-you would be nice. at the price he's selling it at, it's a giveaway.

Are you serious? The biggest site PokerTracker does not support is Svenka Spel which is the 9th largest site, but only allows Swedish players.

The only other networks in the top-20 not supported by PokerTracker are Cake (#14) and Merge (#19). Both of which are relatively new (Cake opened last year, Merge opened this year).

I expressed myself incorrectly. I meant why PT doesn't auto import hands from some sites automatically, like UB.
