Nope just another poker forum that has a section for their players that coach. I think it was started by some guys that played video games together or something

2+2 4 Life, yo.

I have been to quite a few other forums, and some of them are horrid.

Today's wisdom:

Losses are not losses, they are learning experiences. Wins are not wins, they are earning experiences.

I almost feel guilty playing on Full Tilt. Why don't these guys just transfer the money to my account so that neither one of us has to waste our time?

If I don't pay attention to the cashier, then the money seems to appear out of nowhere, and by the end of the day, I am that many buy-ins up. It is almost like Christmas.

And finally: who cares?

I've never seen so many players that seem to try so hard and suck as on FTP's husngs.

At least on Pokerstars they seemingly play 2 ways in the mid levels, pure overshove gamble or let you run them over weak.

FTP seems to have more of a mix of crazy aggro stations. I never like to put people on a hand, but you can't help just "knowing" what they have from time to time. On FTP I am constantly surprised with what these guys show up with.

I've said a number of times how convinced I am that the playerbases are very different between FT and PS, even though I've never played on stars, and how you can almost tell where somebody plays just based on how they answer questions here.

It's nice to have a little bit of verification from somebody who has actually played a fair amount on both sites.

I think F TILT Ps name and the betpot button is to blame.

They really do seem different, at least at the 33 and 55 level.

I can't figure out which site has worse players, though.

I've had more success at Stars but I don't have samples to be near conclusive.

If FTP's structure were the same as Stars (in terms of minutes/blinds) I think FTP would clearly be the fishier site.

Right now I'm thinking $/hr is pretty player dependent, I can see some players I am familiar with doing better at Stars or vice versa. Keep in mind this is the 33s-55s, I am more confident in my opinion of the skill levels of other levels on both sites, though I've played less games in them.

I would never do this sort of crap on stars.

Full Tilt (2 handed) Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of 20.
Hero (poster) raises, BB raises, Hero calls.

Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets, Hero raises 1285 (All-In), BB calls 875 (All-In).

Turn: J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players, 2 all-in)

River: 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players, 2 all-in)

Final Pot:

BB has Kd Ad (one pair, fours).
Hero has 8s 8c (two pair, eights and fours).
Outcome: Hero wins .
