Obviously a rematch button is ideal for keeping a fish on the hook if you are so lucky. However, is this at all bad for the larger pool of players who don't get a crack at same fish? At times, there's not a ton of volume at the 50-100 levels, I'd hate to think there's a couple -30% ROI snappers who get pulled out of the mix while the rest of us have to -EV grind against each other.

lets say there will be a tendency to a faster drain of fish in the pool, but I dont really think its gonna be dramatic.

And like with everything in poker and life, things will even out over the course of time. Some day you yourself will be the one to play 10 matches vs. an -30% ROI fish.

Yea, the more you play the more you benefit from your increased edge (which the rematch button should do). Just hit it against players you feel you have a solid edge against and just leave it be if you feel the average player is worse than the one you played.

how exactly does this button work on ultimate bet?

like if you click it, and the other guy just sits there but doesn't leave, does he get the boot?

or can you leave or are you stuck there?

When the game's over, there's a button you can click. If both players click it, they play again.

Either way, the table's over, so it's not like anybody's stuck anywhere. If you want to start another game, you have to re-join the queue anyway.

Lets get the full tilt emails flowing as well. This is a great idea. I am sick of "1st hand of match no reads blah blah blah etc."
