i guess i dont see the point in arguing useless semantics. obviously position is still important. we all know this, this isnt microstakes. its less important than in a normal raised pot, particularly if you are playing crai or c/f on the flop.

how about you quantify exactly the difference in EV between calling this OOP and calling this IP, metagame included.

its completely unrealistic, so i make a qualitative statement and leave it at that.

Imho xorbies point is simply that by beeing the pot bigger preflop and the planned check raise it takes alot of play on the later streets away where position could be used to get outplayed. Correct me if i am wrong

i don't think anyone is arguing that position is less important in a 3bet pot since it is easier to get the money in before the turn or the river ever come. however i think it is more important in a situation like this where you don't have any real read on how the 3bettor plays postflop and also against good players...obv not more important tho than in just a single raised pot.

Yeah, especially when flopping a draw its great to be OOP, because c/c flop doesnt give your hand away at all!

And to put it in with a 6 high flushdraw on the flop because of c/ring is great as well

I definetely fold this preflop, calling only provides a lot of bad spots and ultimately lost stacks

I think you're normally gettin called on this river. I'd fold preflop..
