You have to make something like 12 times your investment on average to make calling for setvalue profitable. That's quite hard given your stacksize: getting all-in with SB is not enough. Since UTG has shown strength and is acting after you and might 4bet, you are not even sure that calling here will give you a chance to look at the flop.
