You have the almost nuts, what are you worried about? This is why you semi-bluff. You hit your hand, now go with it. The fact that he thinks so long on the flop probably means he has TPNK or two pair or something like that.
Bet the river for value. |

You have the 2nd nuts against a donkey. Good players don't limp UTG and sit with 60BB.
I would bet something like $6 (2/3 pot?) and call a push. The push would be like $4 more or something. He could show up with a set, 2pr, any flush, or maybe even TP because he sucks. |

He could have anything, as stated above. If he has the As, you just have to pay him off. He hasn't even got a full stack, and even for 100BB+ you have to felt this every time.
