I don't know if I'm interested in playing against his stack here with 360 in the middle. I can see his saying "Fk it" and just shoving a lot of hands.

I don't like this raise size unless we're somehow trying to induce a shove from him? Your 640 bet is basically pot committing you to this hand, and I think it has less FE than a shove would (in this case). I don't see anything wrong with folding PF, and calling might be okay. But if you wanna 3-bet, just make it a shove (considering BB is also a shortstack)

if im going to do this, im shoving. if the BB was around your stack size, i wouldnt mind the regular 3bet as much

The raise size just lets him make a mistake. Basically he shouldn't call ever because reraising all-in and folding are better for him with any of his possible holdings. I'm obviously continuing with the hand no matter what happens either by calling a push from him or pushing any flop if he calls.
