Seems like a 9 to me. On the flop, the lead call seems like a 9 or weak K. When he leads the turn, he is either hoping you don't raise (he has a K) or is trying to induce a raise (he has a 9).

His push into the Ace leads me to believe that he has a 9 and is hoping that card hit you.

His line is weird but his range is definitely ahead of you here. I think best case scenario youre looking at a chop, more than likely the nut flush draw that hit or the nine.

PF - I have K9 and it's sooted!

F Wow, a full house! What are the odds? I'll bet small so maybe he'll call. He raised! I'll slowplay and call.

T I don't want to check behind because I'm scared he won't bet. Maybe he has a flush draw so I'll bet small so he'll call and then shove the river if he makes his flush. LOL.

R D'oh! The flush didn't hit, but maybe he was raising preflop with an Ace and if he didn't he'll probably call with it. ALL IN!

Bored, I think you're giving a 59/19/6 waaaaaay too much credit for having a hand. Although that's certainly what he could think if he had K9, I wouldn't be all that surprised if villain had deuces (or aces, for that matter).

The point is, villain's range is really wide. In a vacuum this is obviously a fold, but if we had a bit more of his history and he had been doing this with 6 high, this might be a call.

I think you made a classic mistake in this hand. You put in a lot of money against a maniac and then folded in the end getting around 2:1. This is a textbook hand of what not to do. You are going to bleed an insane amount of money if you play like this against guys like this. Never in a million years I fold river if I got there like this. Decide on the flop if you are going to go with the hand or not, before your raise. I think this is a pretty good line vs this guy, assuming you call river. Calling down all the way is also good and probably my default line. You are going to se a hand like J5o much more often than you think. What did he call the flop with you ask? Absolutely nothing most of the time.

Flop-raise = terrible

Why? Because on the turn he fire again and now u just call , starting to show some weakness.

River is an ace and the maniac shove and you fold. You gave him everything he needed to bluff you without hesitation.

next time check-call him

you better raise him on a safe turn
