You can stove this all you want but villain will not play all hands in your range the same way. He will push all 7x's but will not push 1pair/2pair hands and it's unlikely he pushes sets either here. Stoving is most useful for the flop/turn when you need to figure out whether you have enough equity for your move, doesn't really apply here since you only beat a bluff.
