Default No flop, full drop???

They began spreading 1/2 NL at our casino a couple months ago. This situation happened last week. They rake 10% up to $5.

Three limpers, CO raises to $20, folds, BB re-raises to $100, all fold.

POT: $126...until dealer rakes $5 from it.

Is this standard? I feel like I should be complaining on a couple of fronts. One, there was no flop, so why drop? Two, the pot was really $46 with $80 uncalled returned to the BB.

The fact that they raked the raise portion is absurd. Whether or not the casino collects without a flop is up to the casino.

Oops...I read 5% to $5. In this case, the pot is $49 with a $80 raise portion. If you want to be nitty, you can complain that they should have only raked $4...

Wouldn't they technically (whether its right or wrong to drop without a flop) drop $4.90 which anyone trying to make money would round up to $5 not round down to $4.

I should add that in LHE the casino has a no-flop, no-drop policy.

They cannot round up if they are regulated.

No flop- no drop is standard. Was floor called on this before money got dropped?

No. I was told by a dealer that this was posted on their policy board (one for the staff, away from the players) that drop is taken regardless of whether a flop has happened.
