Default My new business\'s first tax filing question

Hello all,

My business is an S-Corp with 3 partners and we are filing for taxes for the first time next April. We have only invested money and incurred expenses since we are just starting and don't actually launch until early next year.

A trusted tax accountant that gave us some free help to set up the business says he'll do our S-Corp taxes for between 1000-2000 dollars. Does this sounds fair? Or should we attempt to get it for cheaper or attempt to do it ourselves?

do not attempt yourself

you want to try to scrimp on the fee after he did the set-up for free?

tought to say what the right fee should be w/o the particulars of your company, but at the bare minimum when i was working as a cpa, an s-corp return would be 750.
