aejones, you assume too much that a nit will naturally adapt to you the way a regular player will, and that merely his regression to the average level of aggressiveness merely takes longer than a TAGish player

lots of nits just simply are so immune to tilt or frustration that they will keep playing the way they do with only a minor level of adjustment which they will not break unless on VERY serious tilt, which will be almost impossible to get from just playing aejones heads up, since a nit has mentally conditioned himself to accept losing a heads up match a fair amoutn of the time against you

i'm stoned so this might not make sense

you are trying to ascribe too deep of a mental involvement in the flow of the heads up match to someone who does not conceive of himself in it

Recently I've seen you playing some people I consider to be good. Dunno much about this guy, just he is sometimes at every 10/20 table.

lol at me being a nit...and lol at aejones saying he "ran me over." i think the bigger thing is, would you ever admit that you misplayed a hand? or is it always the other guys fault?

i am thinking about why i don't enjoy online poker

i have to ask you guys, when you play online poker, do you play as if it is a computer game which has the exact same rules as a card game of texas holdem

or do you view it as only an intermediary between people who are ACTUALLY playing cards like sitting down looking at each other watching the cards get dealt and actually physically participating in the game of playing texas hold'em

like when i sit down at a table, i never think to myself "wow this is gonna be fun, i can't wait to play some cards!"

and i know there are people who are also hardcore multitabling poker pros

but they say the game is still fun

like i mean [censored], i'm supposed to be playing cards, why aren't i having fun?

i can assure you with 100% accuracy i was only a dog in one and probably TWO matches i've played hu recently, not including playing against ansky a little bit messin around
