Given that it's a rebuy tournament, a raise/push in the early rounds would be my ideal play. After the rebuy period, though, a call is better since a re-raise would put you in a tough spot. However, in a cash game, I'd pop it on the flop almost every time.

During the rebuy period I get my money in on the flop every time. You will be the favorite a decent amount of the time when you get called.

Raise the flop, and I would jam if I got reraised, even this deep.
Not betting the turn is really, really bad.
