Just overwrite the files that are in C:\Program Files\PartyGaming\PartyPoker\Images with these ones.

I've included the cards I use, they're slightly different to the Party originals, with a little drop shadow. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Also, the backs will be yellow, I think it makes it easier to see who's still in the pot when multitabling, it's easy to change if you don't like it, just rename the files.
