Default My first post....any help appreciated

Hi...this is my first post on these forums. However I have been a loyal reader of 2+2 books for a few years now. My situation is this...I have been playing live NLH cash games and have been a consistent winner over the last 3000 hrs of play. I started in 1-2 games and moved up to 2-5 and sometimes 5-10. My regular game is the Bellagio 2-5 game. When playing, I am completely aware of the importance of position. I have all of the odds and numbers down cold. I play a tight aggressive style when I am in the pot. I am aware of my competition and what type of player they are. I am also aware of how they view me. But on the other hand, I dont do anything "fancy". I dont reraise with hands like 76s in position. I dont make huge 3 barrel bluffs. When all the money goes in I have it...or I have a huge draw. The bottom line is, I do not give anything away. That does not mean Im a nit....it just means when the deep money gets in there I am almost always winning. I feel as though why should I push small edges and gamble for big bucks? Why try big bluffs? I know that sooner or later my competition will give me the money or make a huge mistake. They will eventually over play AA when I have a set. They will stack off with AQ on a A72 board. They will draw at 4th nut flushes without regards to position or odds. So my question to you all is....am I leaving too much on the table? Am I making fundamental mistakes in the way Im playing? Should I be mixing it up more? I simply choose this style because it works...it reduces my variance....and as I said, they will eventually give it to me. Any help is really appreciated.

Short answer, "yes, with an if", long answer "no, with a but".

You wont improve if you dont open up your game. Assuming you are a competent hand reader you should try and incorporate more hands and more moves into your arsenal, eventually. If you you want to move up limits ABC poker ownt work for ever.

online poker is a lot different. The average skill is a lot higher than live. That's why you've to Cbet online and 2nd-3rd barrel and cr some paired board and stuff like that because people can fold. Live I would just play a lot of hands preflop but I'd be a huge nit postflop.

well.... actually not a fundamental change in strategy, but you need to start incorporating more moves like scallop has said already, it's not like you go crazy or anything, a TAG style is still probably optimum for SSNL online
