Default KK flop fold to horrible station---.5/1

villain runs 95/52/3

history: he has taken bout 100 off me already just by calling down with crap and and hitting over the span of an hour. He has only taken a b/3b line once- I raised with AQ and c/r him on an 8 2 2 flop because he floats me alot and I just wanted to change it up, he min reraised my c/r and I folded. Also when i c/r him on that flop, he bet $1 when I checked to him.

UTG 140
Hero 120
CO 65
BTN 100
SB 90
Villain 330

Hero dealt KsKc

utg calls, hero raises to 5, all folds to villain who calls, and utg calls

Flop: 9h Th 9c
pot: 15.5
villain leads for 1, utg calls, hero raises to 20, villain raises top 40, utg folds, hero folds

does this seem alright or did I just piss away money. In the past I would usually stick it in a and say look at this gusy stats no way he has anything, but lately Ive realized that stations like this guy only raise with nut type hands and call down with combo draws/ tptk.
