Default Playing under an offshore Anonymous Corp or Foundation

I've moved out of the United States and was thinking of playing under an anonymous corporation or foundation.

But the problem I see is that if I'm cashing out to the bank, or through moneybookers or Neteller it will go back to my name and could be tracked.

Anyone with knowledge in this area that could give me some advice?

So what if it is tracked?? What are you worried about? You start hiding money transactions and the 'money laundering' comes into play.

Can you register on a poker site under one of these?

If you are planning to commit tax fraud, don't. Understand that it is illegal to do so.

However, also understand that the first $82,000 of income you earn outside the US is exempted from US taxes, provided you meet certain foreign residency rules. (You likely are way too late for the exemption for 2007, but keep it in mind for 2008.)

Get a foreign bank account, but remember to report it each year to the Treasury Department by June 30 for the prior year.
