Default Anyone receive a wire from FTP?

Do they really not pick up fees on either side? I was charged $10 by my bank and almost $20 by FTP's bank. I thought they would atleast pay the fees on their end. $30 seems a bit ridiculous. Is this standard?

on your end, yes. On their hand, I guess it's justified since wires cost much more than cheques or ewallet transfers, but seeing how people who use wire transfers usually generate a lot of rake I find it to be cheapstakish...

i emailed them and they reversed the $20 that was charged on THEIR end -- they said that their bank is supposed to cover that fee, but sometimes erroneously passes it on to the client (you). Email Ryan at ftp and they'll reverse it.
