Default Having a tough time deciding on a Fantasy Trade - provide opinions pls

Ok, This is a 12 team keeper leauge. I'm currently dominating the leauge, and I'm about to be six and 0. For the most part I just outdrafted the other teams, but I've made a couple of good waiver wire picks ie Leon Washington. My roster is as follows

QB
Donovan McNabb
Steve McNair
Trent Green

RB
Shaun Alexander
Rueben Droughns
Travis Henry
Leon Washington
Mike Bell
Correll Buckhalter

WR
Marvin Harrison
Laverneus Coles
Donte Stallworth
Joe Horn
Eric Moulds
Samie Parker
Rod Smith

TE
Chris Cooley
Tony Gonzales

K
David Akers
Matt Stover

DEF
Eagles
Giants

We start 1 QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF. Pretty standard scoring. How many players you keep from your roster for the next year depends on your record. The top team only keeps 8, and it grows as you go down. If I had to choose today, I'd probably keep the following players

McNabb
Harrison
Alexander
Coles
Droughns
Gonzales (maybe Cooley its a tossup)
Washington
Stallworth

My team will be ripped pretty hard, so that makes early picks next year crucial to me. Anyhow, this is what is being offered to me:

Frank Gore
Dominic Rhodes
Derrick Mason
Todd Heap
Rd 2, Rd 4, Rd 5 picks for next years draft

In exchange for:

Shaun Alexander
Samie Parker
Chris Cooley

The offer is essentialy the 2nd time its been offered, but previously the other manager was requesting Marvin Harrison be included. I declined easily. But now that it is essentialy the same trade without Harrison, I'm really starting to wonder if Frank Gore and the draft picks are worth getting rid of the MVP? I've been winning without the MVP due to amazing weeks by my other players, but I'm not sure I can expect that continue. This trade really has me wondering.

Help?

To me this looks incredibly one-sided in your favor.

Disclaimer: I am by no means a FF expert, I just think if you are winnign without SA and can get Frank Gore to replace his spot in the line up and a slew of other players/picks you should do it.
