Yeah, that's pretty hilarious. Apparently KU fans have no idea what is going to hit them on Saturday.

You realize now that I'm pinning all my hopes on MU over OU, you have zero chance right?

pirateboy, considering the anchor of our o-line was barely able to walk all game (not to mention Reesing's limp) and we had 2 untimely picks and 2 missed FGs I'd say your analysis was pretty poor. MU outplayed us, props for that, but it's pretty clear that these were two evenly matched teams and one made fewer mistakes.

My analysis was spot on. Missouri was CLEARLY superior to Kansas, and this could have been worse. Yes, KU missed 2 FGs, but Missouri had 14 penalties for 141 yards to Kansas's 2 for 26.

You're trying to save face, but I had this one dead on.

I was wondering how long it would take you guys to start making excuses. And surely you can think of better excuses than that.

missouri was ahead the entire game and props to kansas for not giving up..but if william moore doesnt do a dumass personal foul penalty when it should be 2nd and 26 for kansas in the 4th quarter they probably dont score they stay down by 3 possessions and its not near as close as the final score

missouri dominated kansas for 3 quarters

agent fish, not trying to make excuses. As I said they clearly outplayed us. No one can question that.

I don't think you can say they were clearly better. Anyone who follows KU football knows Collins holds that line together and you could clearly see the guy could barely walk. Add in that Reesing wasn't able to be as mobile and it was a tough combo for that offense.

That's not an excuse. That's just football. People get hurt and it can kill you. Obviously Missouri had plenty of penalties as well but they probably don't add up to nearly as much as the injuries, picks, and FGs.

I'm not trying to say Kansas was better or would've won when healthy and with fewer mistakes. I'm just saying that it seemed pretty apparent to me that these are evenly matched teams.

Few people outside of the state of Kansas agree with you.

I think the final score was closer than the actual competitveness of the game.
Mizzou definitely looked like the better team and if they had a rematch this week or next I would expect the Tigers would win again.
I really thought this game was going to be closer than it was and actually thought KU was a slight favorite but Mizzou absolutely looked like the better team.
