So i get dealt suited Jacks...

So yesterday I go to Lucky Chances in the Bay Area for a quick late night poker session. I sit at a 2-3-5 spread limit table, 10 to open (200max bet). A couple hours after sitting this cooler hand comes up:

9 Handed
Im dealt TT UTG
I raise to 35.
2 callers.
Flop is J72.
I bet 65.
Call.
Call.
Turns a T.
i bet 200,
Raise to 400 (all-in)
i call.
Rivers a 7.

He shows JJ.
ok nh.

3 hours later...

Its now 6 handed.
I get dealt JJ utg.
I raise to 35.
I check my hole cards again because I forget the suits.
At first I thought I misread my hand for Jd Qd but it turns out im dealt Jd Jd.
I yell for the floor.
I tell the table I have suited jacks but no one believes me.
I show and everyone is in awe.
Apparently there were 5 jacks in the deck.
I tell the floor my situation but he mumbles something about it not being the same deck.
There hasnt been a new set-up in 4 hours.

Beat: Deck is rigged. No compensation.
Brag: Suited Jacks?
Variance: 5 of a kind draw?

best beat i've seen in awhile, but it would have been better if you checked your suits AFTER hitting another J on the flop...

Yea i know. I should have seen a flop because esentially i cant lose right? If it doesnt go to showdown, i just muck and if it does i declare the deck rigged. Win - Win situation.

annoying...yes. however. in the original hand where you lost trip tens to his trip jacks the jacks of the same suit were not involved(assuming that someone would have noticed). if they had been involved someone would have pointed the 2 jacks of the same suit out and the hand should have been nullified. however, since they weren't noticed to be the same suit we have to assume the jacks of the same suit weren't involved. accordingly, there were only 2 jacks that could improve his hand to trips because if there were three the hand wouldn't have been counted. (assuming he had a jack in his hand the same suit as the one on the board).

in case that was confusing a summation: if a jack in his hand had matched the suit of the jack on the board the hand wouldn't of counted anyways. so it's not like he had 3 jacks to hit in the original hand against you. he had 2.

I understand what your trying to say but it still gives him one extra out regardless. Its possible that he could have showed a matching jack and no one noticed. It's also possible he could have realized it and said nothing. I forgot to mention in my original post that the caller in between folded a Jack on the turn and that he could have also had a Jack that matched one of the other 3 in play.
