mixing NL and limit - lc

I grew up playing tennis. When I gave squash a go I was hopeless because of my tennis stroke. I slowly managed to get the more wristy shot required for decent squash. When I went back to tennis it was awful, my new wristy squash stroke would see the ball hitting the back fence all too often.

If I play limit one night and NL the next, am I in a similar situation?
