D3 has been "confirmed" by ex-blizz employees that it was, at least during the time that they workd there, under some sort of production. I believe Roper stated that they were treated to some sort of internal cinematic to D3. This doesn't say anything about the current state of the project though.

Starcraft revolution is prob the mod in question, moving starcraft to the war 3 engine.

Blizzard will announce SC2 at BlizzCon 2 upcoming in August.

Give them 6 months to beta test it with the public and I'd say we could realistically expect the game late winter/early spring 2008.

sorry to break your bubbles boys but this is a confirmed hoax, well semi i guess. Its a port of the C+C Generals Engine/game with a SC mod bolted to it
