My Niece is my Daughter, Any Questions?

My sister is a lesbian, she's been with her partner for 17 years now. She paid my way through college a few years ago and helped me out of some jams when I was younger financially. She introduced me to poker, to fantasy sports. She's extremely successful with her career and pulls well into the 6 figures every year. 4 years ago they approached me to ask if I would donate sperm for her partner to conceive a child. They wanted DNA as close as possible to my sister's. I thought about it for about 2 weeks before I agreed to it. My sister's partner conceived using my sperm and had a little girl, Brittany Nicole. She's 2 1/2 now. I see her about 3 times a week as my sister lives in the same city as me. This little girl lives a very, very good life. I'm married and have a 6 month old daughter myself. Does anyone have any questions I can answer, knowing this is a very unique situation?

It was by science. They both strictly stick to same sex lovin. Truly teh ghey and not borderline or anything.

My wife is fine with the situation. She understands the need for close DNA in the future (hereditary diseases, height, IQ, etc.)
