Raise, Call or Fold on the river

I have been playing with this guy [speedcash] for about 1 1/2 hours. I have seen his stack go from ~$60 to ~$20 back up to where he is now. He stats are around 64/15 and I am at 23/21. In the first hour he was playing back at me about half of the time I raised on the button. However, a few flopped sets and reraises from me had almost stopped this - but he is still a little crazy.

either make a real bet on the turn ($5ish) or just check it. unless BT made some weird backward-ass straight draw i think this is a missed FD often enough to make a profitable call getting these insane pot-odds

Just call, you gain nothing by raising and folding is too weak.
