Fold all the unpaired cards, limp the pairs playing for set value mostly. Though i will bet out with the overpairs, but pot control is always foremost in my mind.

[ QUOTE ]
Do you call with any of these hands to a raise?

Folds to button who raises 3xBB?
Several limpers to BB who raises?

[/ QUOTE ]

I'll generally call TT, 99 up to a raise of 100, if it's a smaller raise to 60 I'll call with an pair, obviously for set value. I'm folding all the trouble big card hands, I don't want to lose a huge chunk of my stack when I flop a pair of aces with AJ vs AK, AQ. I'll fold if there have been several limpers and a guy puts in a 150+ raise. I'm afraid it might get reraised plus I'm committing alot more chips then I wanted to with these hands.

With JJ, TT, 99, 88, and AQ I want to see a cheap flop and get out when I think I'm beat. I don't want to be calling big raises or raising with these hands with a decent risk of losing a bunch of chips. I'm starting to think I should start raising with JJ and AQ in the first 2 levels, not sure what I'll do there.

Is raising with JJ AQs and AQo automatic regardless of position?

NO. In ep early on w/ a near full table JJ can be a limp or raise, I generally like limping. aqo I generally fold and aqs i limp.

Shaver, who is the guy in your avatar? It seems half the forum uses his pic.

limp the pocket pairs and fold the rest. More interestingly how do u play AQo, AQs and 22-77.

Personally AQo is a muck. AQs is muck unless the table is full of known fishes. Limp the other pocket pairs.

I fold all but the pairs. I usually raise JJ UTG. I call raises with PPs if call is around ~5% of my stack, maybe up to 10% if it's going to be multi-way and I don't think a re-raise is coming.
