Lebda's hit on Langkow was a textbook hip check.

Maybe in the alternate "Hockeytown" (read: can't sellout a single playoff game, thousands and thousands of empty seats) universe.

Well since you are so damn smart, why can't you explain it.

Look at my original statement and then look at that. You don't think there is any resemblence there where someone who doesn't play or watch hockey 24-7 where they can misinterpret it?

Can't argue with logic like that. You win. That makes it a dirty check.

Didn't see the hit, but I doubt the number of people attending the game has anything to do with it. You're an idiot.

Sure.

At least you're admitting you're not much of a fan.

That section of rule 56a does not apply in this situation.

Do you know what the instigator rule is, when it is enforced and how often it is called?

LOL one of the biggest cities in the country that calls itself "hockeytown" can't sellout seats that cost $70?

That is half the cost of tickets in Vancouver.

I think you'll cry after watching that.

"Calgary did accomplish one thing with this game, they thouroughly embarassed themselves in the 3rd period." - Ferraro

"It's a real reflection on their coach." - Hull

"If you're a Calgary Flames fan, you should be embarassed with how your team finished this game". - Clement.
