Dumb people trying to sound smart

I recieved this e-mail this morning from a lady in another one of our offices. Her grammar is usually poor and I always knew she wasn't the brightest crayon. I almost became incontinent myself when I read this. I deleted most of the first paragraph.

I am sorry for the incontinence. I know this learning process is as much of a head ache for you as it is for us.
