Default NL25 - flush draw oop

Villain is about 23/2/.82 - but this is only after 40 hands. I know I should be folding this PF and I do about 99% of the time.

That aside, what do I do here?

Poker Stars, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

BTN: $25.25
SB: $24
BB: $18
Hero (UTG): $25
CO: $14.20

Pre-Flop: T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (UTG)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $1</font>, CO calls $1, 3 folds

Flop: ($2.35) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">CO bets $1.25</font>, <font color="red">Hero ?</font>

lead the flop, check raising sucks. Why raise T9s if you're not gonna cbet this board heads up?
