the player winning the pot would get all the rakeback from that pot.

todays rakeback " TRB ".

that way the money would stay on the table for more play.

and the most active players would have the most TRB and more chips to play.

Garbage, assuming you are talking about WSEX/WPEX. They are rated A+ for financial stability by sports book online. They have never, to my knowledge, had any kind of scandal beyond bugs and bots, which all sites have gone through.
