Default Party Poker and U.S. players

When will Party start accepting real money U.S. players again? It doesn't make sense that stars FT are getting away with it and party isn't doing anything.

Party Poker is a publicly traded company on the London Stock Exchange. They have certain guidelines they must adhere to. On the other hand, FTP, and PokerStars are private companies which are not required to follow these same guidelines.
