How do you decide when to move up.

Ive being playing mainly $5 six seater sit and gos. Used to play mostly mtt but found them to long. Over around 70 games is have a ROI of 45%. I know this is only a small sample of games and i must say i have got lucky to have a roi of that. The thing is does the standard get much better at say $10 and $20 sit and go's. I only play for a bit of fun but would like to know if i should try $10 ones. My bank roll is small and a few loses would hurt.
